Patrik Lišaník, CEO

Patrik leads Spanner SK with a clear vision: to build trust between colleagues and partners. He believes that in an environment where people can rely on each other, any situation can be managed. His approach determines the direction of the company and the style of cooperation. In every situation, he looks for solutions that must make sense.
He is pleased to see how a smaller company has become a strong company, capable of solving even complex projects. The turning point was the restart after the fire, which tested the resilience of the entire team. Today, Patrik emphasizes the right decisions, the selection of the right people, the combination of technical thinking and open communication. Because only continuous progress, initiative and people who approach their work with enthusiasm can move the company and its partners forward.
Alena Beráková, HR & Marketing Director
„Corporate culture is not created, it has to be lived.”
Alena is behind the creation of the Marketing and Human Resources department at Spanner SK and many changes that have moved the company forward in processes and in its approach to people. She has collaborated on projects to develop its own products, build facilities using renewable energy sources in the company, and is responsible for all marketing activities of the company. In the area of human resources, her task is to connect values with specific names. She is looking for people who are in tune with values and who can technically handle their work.
She believes that corporate culture is not created by a board with values, but by people’s everyday behavior and attitudes. She participates in building a positive corporate culture every day together with her colleagues.
Rudolf Kvašňovský, Production Director
„Production is not about one person or department, it is always about teamwork.”
Rudolf is a leader of Spanner SK production at a time when flexibility and rapid response to market changes are key. As he says, his approach combines common sense with deep knowledge of technological processes. Thanks to this, he is able to connect all departments into a functioning unit, he managed to stabilize processes in turbulent years and streamline the overall production process.
Responsibility, reliability and fairness are key for him. He claims that knowledge can be acquired, but values must be naturally embedded in people. In production, he promotes transparent work evaluation, clear rules and supports people in engaging in innovation.
Pavol Adamčík, Quality Manager
„Quality is the basis for why customers work with us.”
Pavol leads the Quality department to ensure that each product meets exactly what the customer expects. His work requires an emphasis on systematicity, accuracy and detail. Pavol ensures that customer quality requirements are met, provides training and implements new quality assurance tools.
He is a proponent of a system in which we try to prevent errors. Together with his colleagues, he sets quality standards for new areas of production. He builds complaint prevention and strives to make quality a core value in every part of the company.
Ján Rybárik, Project Manager

Ján is behind dozens of projects that helped move the company from the days when systems were not used to the modern era with the use of AI in processes. At Spanner SK, he is among those who stood at the beginning of the development of their own products. From disinfection gates to specialized solutions in the field of filtration and thermal technology.
In his work, he relies on a combination of consistency, communication and the ability to respond promptly. He believes that for a team to function, everyone must know that they can rely on each other. Therefore, he leads projects both process-wise and human-wise. He strives to get the best out of the team.
Daniel Smatana, Head of Technical Department

Daniel is one of the most experienced members of the Spanner SK team. He has been with the company since 2012 and remembers the times when customers perceived Spanner as a small “garage company”. Today he helps lead the company with a wide portfolio, cutting-edge technologies and growing trust of new and existing customers.
He is at the birth of each order. Together with the technical preparation and planning team, he sets up processes so that they are functional, efficient and tailored to the specific requirements of customers.
Wayne Smith, Sales Manager

Wayne is the “business bridge” between Spanner SK and the English-speaking world. With his experience in industrial production and communication skills, he is able to connect customer requirements with the reality of production. He plays a key role in setting business terms, transmitting technical specifications and resolving emerging situations.
He believes in open dialogue, honest results and trust that must be earned. At Spanner SK, he is motivated by team spirit and the opportunity for continuous improvement. He jokes that he is “too lazy to learn Slovak”, but at the same time he helps his colleagues improve their English every day.
Martin Boško, Purchasing Manager

Martin is at the beginning of each project. Whether it is purchased material, parts or specific cooperation, Martin ensures that everything arrives to us on time and under fair conditions. He carefully adjusts cooperation with suppliers so that all parties are satisfied.
Thanks to his broad technical perspective, he is able to understand production and technologies. He is a co-author of the system in which the department operates. His fairness is reflected in the conditions for partners and in the atmosphere in the team, which he sets an example for. Martin sees his role as a connection between the company and suppliers. According to him, every challenge is an opportunity for growth, both personal and career.
Marián Vician, Production Master

After more than twenty years in mechanical engineering, Marian knows exactly how important it is for a person to fit into a team – both in terms of skills and character. In his work, he builds on trust, belonging and communication. He says that every person is different and that is precisely what his approach is based on. Knowing how to approach everyone individually and find them a place where their work will fulfill them.
He is dedicated to the development of young employees, passing on skills and experience that cannot be learned from books. In addition, he solves many situations directly in production on a daily basis and ensures the operation of workplaces.
Peter Fulmek, Production Master

Peter was present at all key moments in the company’s history. Whether it was the first welding orders or new complex production projects. As a natural leader and support of the welding department, he is one of those who always give things and people a second chance. He believes that it makes sense to look for the good in work and among people.
Today, he passes on the experience he has gained over the years of practice to younger colleagues, who he leads by example. He knows that if you want it, anything is possible. That is why his colleagues and the company can always rely on him.
Michal Gacík, Production Master
„You understand a machine best when you can fix it yourself.”
Michal is behind the projects that changed the way production works at Spanner SK. He introduced the first robotic workplaces and started a culture of testing, learning and experimenting with new technologies. Today, he streamlines processes directly in production. He solves innovations practically on a daily basis.
He is a practitioner who likes to try things out himself and is involved in introducing completely new products into production. Michal believes that robotics is about people who understand it. That is why he is dedicated to training colleagues, actively proposing improvements and setting an example for others. Thanks to him, we are able to launch new orders, test their functionality and launch mass production with a high level of precision and efficiency.
