We are a manufacturer of boilers, heat exchangers, wood chip gasifiers for cogeneration units and hot water tanks. We understand the needs of our customers and the standards of strict testing and inspection of pressure equipment, including the requirements for their certification.
We can successfully implement technically demanding projects subject to high quality control standards. We communicate with you at every stage of implementation to keep you informed about the current status of the project and fine-tune all the details. Hot water tanks: Production for an innovative startup
A startup with its own development of domestic hot water heating technology was looking for a partner to whom it could entrust the complete production of the equipment. The company did not plan to invest in its own production halls, capacities and technologies. We convinced them with our team’s approach, experience and modern production environment.
We started with a prototype and designed product innovations that we implemented into the original solution, thanks to which we managed to optimize production. We gradually set up processes, created specialized workplaces and fully launched small-scale production.
We managed to streamline production by introducing an innovative quality control system, which was confirmed by obtaining EN ISO 13445 certification for the production of pressure equipment components. This was reflected in the higher quality and trust of our partner, for whom we currently produce several different types of hot water tanks.
Wood chip gasifiers: Collaboration from development to production
We have been involved in the development of wood chip gasifiers from the very beginning, since 2008. Development, testing and production took place in close cooperation between our design team and the technical team in Germany. Today, these devices form a key part of cogeneration units that supply energy from biomass all over the world, and we are their proud manufacturers.
The development partnership for wood chip gasifiers for our sister company Spanner Re² has ensured us a long-term cooperation and strengthened our trust in the professional capabilities of Spanner SK. At the same time, we have gained production and development know-how in the field of renewable sources.
We produce solutions that we use ourselves in our own operations. Thanks to this, we know what the customer needs in practice. For our partners, this means the certainty that people who really know the technology in detail are behind the design and production.
Pellet fuel boilers: From heat exchangers to complex products
A leading manufacturer of innovative biomass heating systems (pellets, wood chips, logs) and a provider of comprehensive solutions for renewable energy approached us with a request to produce heat exchangers for pellet fuel boilers. They were looking for a partner who could handle strict quality standards, including pressure tests. We ensured comprehensive production, in hundreds of exchangers per month.
Due to growing demand, we invested in automated robotic welding, which brought us higher production capacity while maintaining high quality. The result is the production of boilers with high operational reliability and 100% success rate in pressure tests. We achieved all this thanks to a consistently adjusted and highly automated production process.
At the same time, we took over the complete production of pellet fuel boilers within the framework of the “Factory as a Service” model, freeing the client’s hands for sales activities and further growth.
