Drilling machine: Production moved from Germany to Slovakia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When an innovative company developing systems and technologies for concrete-free foundation and anchoring solutions decided to scale up production, it needed a reliable partner capable of handling the final assembly of machines, including hydraulic and pneumatic assembly, to the highest standard. We began with in-person meetings at the partner\u2019s site and later continued in our new assembly hall in Slovakia. Shared values, a common vision, and strong commitment led to the establishment of our mutual cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the introduction, we defined the goals and milestones of the project so that we could start producing the first prototype. Our assembly team completed training at the customer\u2019s site to become fully familiar with each step of the assembly. Based on this experience, we designed and prepared a tailor-made assembly workplace and launched the process of purchasing inputs and manufacturing individual machine parts. Throughout the project, we were in regular contact with our partner and informed him about the progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first prototype of a drilling machine manufactured in Slovakia was born and we were waiting for an audit, which was successful. This was followed by the approval of the calculations for small-scale production and we were able to fully start production. We created a separate assembly workplace, developed internal procedures, set up a quality control system. We found stable and reliable suppliers, trained the staff. We took responsibility for the entire process from project management through production to final assembly. The customer did not have to look for suppliers or coordinate individual steps. The Factory as a Service model saved the customer time, ensured a smooth transition to stable production and brought the certainty of reliable supplies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Diamond saw: Small-batch production and turnkey equipment assembly<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A leading developer and manufacturer of specialized machines and technologies for industrial production and construction was looking for a partner for outsourcing the production of a building material saw that could work according to the supplied drawing documentation and at the same time ensure the required accuracy, processing quality and reliable final assembly. It was important for him to find a partner who could handle the entire production process under one roof and thus enable him to scale production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on these requirements, we took over the project from the preparation of inputs and the production of individual parts to the completion of the finished machine. We set up the necessary processes, secured the materials and coordinated the production steps so that everything ran smoothly and to the required standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result was a turnkey solution that brought the customer an easier transfer of production, less organizational burden and the certainty of a stable production partner. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
